Coaching
Coaching is an interactive process. An individual (the coachee) requests a referent interlocutor (the coach) to be accompanied in one or more dimensions of his personal development and professional.
Anyone can encounter, at some point in their life, difficulties related to a change, whether expected or not, positive or negative: a promotion, a dismissal, a divorce, a retirement, a transfer, a moving, etc. Despite this destabilizing event, we remain psychologically healthy.
Unlike therapy, coaching does not respond to psychological suffering but to a need to understand, to apprehend a new situation and to restore a balance. The coach is a mix between trainer and mentor, he is not interested in the past but helps to better analyze the present in order to prepare for the future and put all the assets on his side.

Coaching sessions can take place individually or in groups. Sessions are often offered by the company to one of its employees to help them tackle new responsibilities, or to a working group to be able to expect a high level of performance. But it is also possible to undertake a process of this type on a personal basis.
